Colonial America Celebration
Fifth Graders Experience Colonial Life
On February 4, 2008, the entire fifth grade class participated in Colonial Day to celebrate their social studies unit on colonial life. The morning was spent moving from station to station playing colonial games or participating in colonial activities such as quilting, making butter, and writing with quills. Lunch that day included beef stew provided by the fifth grade teachers and many delicious side dishes provided by parents. The entire day was a huge success. The fifth grade teachers would like to thank the parents for all their help. They couldn't have done it without them. Thank You!
