Here is some information about required books for 6th Grade Concert Band:
Please purchase Standard of Excellence Book 2 at your earliest convenience. We will begin using this book as soon as you have finished #155 in Book 1. You will also have Book 2 to practice over the summer and we will use this book in 6th grade band throughout next school year. Please purchase the “Enhanced” version as this contains the software program called iPAS. This is a great tool to make practicing more productive and enjoyable!
In addition to this book, you will also need to purchase Warm-ups and Beyond by Timothy Loest.(retail $4.95) This book is published by FJH Music Co. Both of these books required for 6th grade band.
