Junior High School LRC Staff
Mr. Richard M. Marx begins his eleventh year as LRC Director after teaching fourth and fifth grade for twenty-four years. He has taught in District 202 for thiirty-one years. His recent resignation as boys assistant varsity basketball coach at Lisle Sr. High School ended twenty-six years of coaching. Mr. Marx organizes the district summer paint crew that includes other staff members and former Lisle grads. After graduating from Elmhurst College Mr. Marx began his teaching career in Bellwood District 88 where he taught fifth grade for three years with.....Mrs. Marino. His wife, Debbie, is a retired reading aide in the Wheaton school district.and is now in "seventh heaven" watching their first grandchild, Natalie Taylor. Mr. Marx's son, Kyle and daughter-in-law, Natasha, live in Palatine and are the proud parents. His daughter, Courtney graduated from Illinois State University in 2008 and is "brand manager" for Turtle Wax.

Mrs. Diana Marino begins her ninth year in Lisle as an LRC assistant. Mrs. Marino is an avid Sox fan , dog lover, and official scorekeeper for the LJHS softball squad. Her husband, Mr. Marino, is a language arts / p.e. teacher at Lisle Junior High. The Marinos have a boxer, Butch, and a "miniature" (a tad under sixty pounds) English bulldog, Muggs.

Ms. Lorie Ferguson is in her eleventh year as District Technology Coordinator. Ms. Ferguson is the district technology wizard. She is now president of "ICE", Illinois Computing Educators and also teaches computer classes at Lewis University. Walking her new puppy Bandit and her salt water aquarium are two of her many hobbies. Ms. Ferguson also enjoys traveling the country and touring historic lighthouses.

Andrew Sergeant was born in Chicago but raised in Kankakee, IL. He graduated from Columbia College in Chicago with a bachelor's degree in Digital Media Technology which as he claims is a fancy name for internet stuff. He was substitute teacher for two years and is an avid video game player. He will spend hours on a game he doesn't like just to give it an accurate review. A great addition to the LJHS technology department, Mr. Sergeant begins his fourth year at LJHS. He now shares an office with Ms. Doyle.

Ms. Lisa Doyle is the District's Technology Clerical Aide. Although she handles all of the District's phone problems and the technology "Help" desk her responsibilities seem to grow by leaps and bounds on a daily basis. Her son, Steven, is a freshman at the University of Illinois this year. Ms. Doyle loves to shop!!
