GREAT KINDNESS CHALLENGE

Kindergarteners worked with their fifth grade buddies to create "kindness chains" and were  given kindness checklists with random acts of kindness.  Students are challenged to do as many acts of kindness as possible.  This checklist of acts of kindness are things families can complete together!

HAVE YOU TAKEN THE 5ESSENTIALS SURVEY?

ONLY 5 DAYS LEFT!

In an effort to continue to learn and grow as a district, we are seeking your input to better understand the strengths and challenges of our learning environments and guide our school improvement. In order to accomplish this, we are requesting that our parents and guardians participate in the 2017 Illinois 5Essentials Survey.  Teachers and students in grades 6-12 participated in the survey during school hours.  This research-based survey of school climate and learning conditions is designed to reflect on the learning environment of your child's school.  Thank you for sharing your input with us!

Take this short survey:

1. Go to: Parent Survey Illinois 5Essentials

2. Enter County Name as DuPage.

3. Enter your school's name into the School field and select school name.

4. Click Login

5. Enter requested information and then answer survey questions. The parent survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. You must click Submit Survey when completed. Surveys cannot be retrieved once submitted.

In the event of school closings, all before school and after school activities as well as transportation will be cancelled.

It is important to note that notification will only be made if school is closed, otherwise, the day will resume according to the normal schedule.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

School Visitor Procedures

Effective upon returning from the holiday break, all visitors to Lisle 202 schools will be required to leave their driver's license or state I.D. in the school office. The license will be returned after checking out at the office. The only exception to this new step in our procedure is during large events, such as holiday parties and grade level celebrations at the elementary schools. Visitors will still be checked in via our raptor system during these events. This additional measure will allow school administrators to ensure the safety and accountability for all in our buildings.
