Reporting Absences
Each day, our staff makes every effort to carefully account for each student who is marked absent by cross-referencing the reported absences from the parents and from the daily attendance taken in the classroom. If we do not have a reported absence, parents will be notified via ParentSquare at approximately 11:00am. If you receive an automated attendance notification, please contact the school to report the reason for absence.
If your student will be absent, please report the absence to the School Attendance Line by 8:00 a.m. This helps our office staff ensure that all students are safely and accurately accounted for.
Please be sure to include the following information about your student's absence:
- Student's First and Last Name
- Grade
- Date/s of absence
- Reason for absence
- Your name and best contact information
