Lisle Junior High School’s Science Olympiad team had a great day competing at Harper College on Saturday, showcasing their knowledge, teamwork, and problem-solving skills across a wide range of events. Students spent the day tackling challenges in areas such as engineering, biology, chemistry, and earth science while representing LJHS with pride.

Several team members earned top finishes in their events. Lila H and Evan K placed 5th in Entomology, while Elizabeth B and Hailey Mo earned 5th place in Potions & Poisons. Lila H and Elizabeth B also placed 5th in Solar System. Fourth-place finishes went to Ellie Q and Kalsey N in JV Anatomy, Isaac B and Luke R in Machines, Jackson W and Steven K in Remote Sensing, and Dylan P and Mack M in Write It, Do It. Dylan P and Wes A earned 3rd place in Circuit Lab. Two teams brought home 2nd place medals: Lila H and Hailey Mo in Mission Possible, and Elizabeth B and Steven K in Water Quality.

The team’s strong performance reflects their dedication, preparation, and enthusiasm for learning. We are #LionProud of our Science Olympiad students for their hard work and for representing Lisle Junior High so well.
