• Technology Planning - Trent Schalk, Technology Coordinator, presented the Technology Department’s annual report of devices and software used in our school district, cybersecurity protections, and budget projections.
• 2024-2025 Staffing Plan - The Administration presented the projected staffing plan for the 2024-2025 school year based on enrollment and program changes. The staffing plan only contains “regular” employees and does not include substitutes or temporary help. The tentative staffing information for the upcoming school year reflects a net increase of 2.08 additional Licensed staff and no change in the number of Classified staff. 
• McKinney Vento Program Overview - Jen Law, Director of Student Services, presented an overview of the McKinney Vento Program including eligibility criteria and supports provided to the families in the program. Mrs. Law also provided a historical overview of the number of students eligible for the program since 2009 which showed a significant increase over the past 14 years.
• Lisle Elementary School Intervention Rooms - The Administration presented a proposal from the District’s architect, Perkins+Will, for architectural services for the construction of two (2) new intervention rooms for small group instruction at Lisle Elementary School to assist with accommodating increased enrollment. The two current intervention rooms will be repurposed for a new special education program and the current accelerated learning program. The scope of services involves planning, design, management, and coordination of the project.
