Ron Jaegle - 1994

In this week's Alumni Spotlight, we catch up with Class of 1994 graduate, Ron Jaegle.

What are you doing now?

I have been teaching math and coaching at Lisle High School since I graduated from U of I in 1998.

How did Lisle 202 prepare you for this role?

As I think back, those four years were the most formative of my life. Everything from the friends I made to the faculty and staff at Lisle had such a huge impact on my growth. Specifically, the outstanding math teachers and coaches led me down the path to becoming a teacher.

What is your advice for current Lisle Lions?

Embrace your time at Lisle, it goes so fast. Take advantage of our size and get involved with as many activities as will fit in your schedule.

Who inspired you during your tenure in Lisle 202?

Randy Pippen and Rich Marx. Both of these men were passionate about teaching and coaching and cared tremendously for their students and players!

What is your favorite memory from being a Lisle Lion?

Saturday football games at Wilde and Friday night basketball.
