Registration will be completed online for all students.
Please note that the parent/guardian with custody of the student must register the student.

Steps to Register

Step 1 - Complete Online Registration Forms in PowerSchool

Log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal and complete the online forms.

How will I know Registration is complete?

Forms A-D each have a component that requires an uploaded document or a component that needs to be reviewed by our team. When you submit these forms, PowerSchool will indicate that the form is "Pending Review".

Once approved, the form will show "Approved".

If the form is "Rejected", a reason will be provided for what needs to be completed or revised.

Forms E-F are considered complete when the indicator says "Submitted".

You will know your child's registration is fully complete when PowerSchool shows the following:

Form A - Approved
Form B - Approved
Form C - Approved
Form D - Approved
Form E - Submitted
Form F - Submitted

Our team will also send the parent/guardian an email indicating registration is complete. Notifications will begin at the end of June for the upcoming school year.

Residency Document Information

Residency documentation will be required for designated returning students, not all students. Please see the information in the chart below for details. Lisle 202 will utilize the CLEAR system to assist with verifying student residency along with traditional residency checks.

CLEAR is a third party vendor that automatically confirms student address information submitted by the parent/guardian during registration for the upcoming school year. The vendor uses parent and/or guardian names and addresses to cross-check residency information against other public electronic databases, such as utility companies, DMV records, and property tax records. Through the residency verification process, residency will be confirmed or families may be asked to submit residency documentation.

Verifying residency is an effort to protect taxpayers and district resources by identifying non-residents attending Lisle 202 schools. Illinois law mandates that parents demonstrate residency prior to enrollment in school and allows for periodic verification to validate compliance with the law.

RESIDENCY DOCUMENTATION INFORMATION

The student must live with the parent/guardian who has custody and resides, at least part-time, in Lisle to enroll in Lisle 202 schools.
Parent/guardian, address, and date must be clearly shown on all residency documentation.
The parent/guardian listed on the residency documentation must match the photo ID.
Residency documentation must be within 60 days of enrollment/registration.
Upload all residency documents into Form C in the PowerSchool Registration Portal.
Scanned documents or photos of photo ID and residency documentation are accepted.
ONLY SCANNED COPIES of the school physical are accepted.

CATEGORY II - Residence Confirmation (One document required – choose for homeowner or renter) If you are not occupying a residence within the boundaries of the Lisle School District when you enroll your child, Board of Education Policy requires payment of one semester of tuition until occupancy occurs. The unused portion of the tuition will be refunded upon presentation of proof of occupancy. Please call the District Office at 630-493-8000 for further information.

Medical forms may be submitted in the following ways:

REMINDER: Please be sure to complete the Health History section of the physical form AND sign and date the parent signature box. The physical is not valid if this section is not completed.

Please note that we reserve the right to request paper copies of the medical forms.

The following Medical Forms are required for student attendance, though not all items are due at the time of enrollment. For detailed information, due dates, and information on low-cost resources, please visit the Health Services page of our website.

The following items are required:

Physical Examination (Grades K, 6, 9)-
- Due by OCTOBER 1.
- In addition, the physical must be dated within one calendar year of the first day of school.
  - Proof of Immunizations (included on physical exam form) or Religious Objection to Immunizations Waiver
    - Please visit the Health Services page of our website for details on required vaccines
Dental Examination Form or Dental Exam Waiver (Grades 2, 6, 9) - Due to the School Nurse by May 1st
Eye Examination Form or Eye Exam Waiver - Due to the School Nurse by October 1st (Required for Kindergarten in a public, private, or parochial school and any student enrolling for the first time in a public, private, or parochial school in the State of Illinois shall have an eye examination.)
Medication Authorization Form
- If it is necessary for your child to take either prescription or over-the-counter medication at school, a medication authorization form must be completed by a licensed health care provider. This form must be updated annually. A parent/guardian must also sign the form and bring the medication to school in a clearly marked pharmaceutical container.

Applicable fees are invoiced in July. Payment through MySchoolBucks is preferred.
- *There is no service fee for paying school fee invoices online.
After receiving your invoice, you may pay school fees in one of two ways:
- Online – Click the payment link included in your invoice or log in to your MySchoolBucks account. Families may also pay school fees online without creating a MySchoolBucks account.*
- In Person – Submit a check at your child's school office or the District Office.
NOTE: Meal Account payments are separate from school fees. You can access meal accounts in a dedicated tab in your MySchoolBucks account.
